My Story

I began my career in the aviation industry about 15 years ago. Out of an interest in how the stock market works, I transitioned from aviation to financial services, where I enjoyed learning how to trade equities and government bonds. After a couple of years, I returned to the aviation industry, this time managing operations in a broader context than my initial role. I had the opportunity to lead and collaborate with outstanding individuals in passenger handling, and I held several roles until I left in 2020, just before the pandemic hit.​

Reflecting on my career, one of the aspects I truly enjoyed was leadership development, particularly through training and development across various industries. I had the opportunity to teach graduate courses in leadership and organizational behavior here in the US. This experience was crucial for me in bridging the gap between theory and practice in academia and industry. 

I am currently pursuing a Master's in Learning Experience and Design (my last one, I promise) to learn how to develop instructional materials that focus on leadership, management, and organizational development in academia and industry. My goal is to apply the knowledge gained from this program, along with my experience and skills, to support leadership and organizational development across various industries.
